These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of wisdomovergold.com (the "Site") and any product or service offered by PJM Digital Media Corp under the Wisdom Over Gold / Seek First brand ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site, requesting the free sample, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.

Our Products

We offer Seek First: The Four Pursuits of the Modern Catholic Man as a free 7-day sample and, when available, a full digital book and audio narration. Products are delivered digitally — there is no physical shipment. Access to any future membership area will be granted based on what you've opted in for or purchased.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to make a purchase. When you sign up or buy, you agree to provide accurate and current information.

Orders, Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown at checkout at the time of purchase and are charged in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor; we do not store your full payment card details. All sales are final except as covered by the guarantee below.

Digital Delivery

License to Use

When you receive the free sample or purchase a product, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal, non-commercial reading and listening. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, or publicly share the content without our prior written permission.

Email Communications

If you opt in, we'll send you devotional content, product updates, and offers by email. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link included in every email; we may still send you transactional emails related to an order or account.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and our products are provided "as is." Seek First is offered for informational, devotional, and inspirational purposes; we make no guarantee about specific personal, spiritual, or other outcomes from reading or listening to it.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PJM Digital Media Corp will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
